Rates

All room rates are based on double occupancy (2 people) and each additional person is $30 per day (a maximum of 3 people per suite is requested). Rates include a full breakfast, however NYS taxes are additional. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

In order to secure your reservation, a minimum deposit for one night stay is required. A two-night stay is required on weekends (July and August) and three nights stay on holiday weekends. Weekend rates apply to Thursdays during special event(s) weeks in June. Summer rates also apply to holiday and special event(s) weekends in October.

Deposits are refunded, minus a 10% processing fee, when cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to scheduled stay. Early departure and last minute cancellations are non-refundable. Reservations made less than two weeks before arrival date are non-cancelable and will be charged to customer’s credit card.
